Monique Ramsey is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Cosmetic Social Media, a social media and marketing firm dedicated to serving the niche of aesthetic medicine. She melds her two passions, cosmetic medical marketing and social media, to bring a unique perspective and skill set to her clients.

Monique earned the title of Certified Relationship Marketing & Social Media Specialist after graduating in 2009 in the Mentor with Mari Social Media and Relationship Marketing Certification Program. Having been personally trained and mentored by internationally acclaimed social media expert and author Mari Smith, Monique has gained deep social media knowledge as well as extensive personal connections in the world of social media. Combine this with her 25 years of experience in plastic surgery marketing and administration, Monique has a depth of knowledge and experience difficult to match.
Experience: Since founding Monique Ramsey Marketing, Inc., in 2010, Monique has helped medical practices, medical spas, skincare companies, as well as other small businesses and brands grow their online footprint using social media and relationship marketing. Prior to founding Cosmetic Social Media, she served in the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing in a large, multi-specialty cosmetic surgery and dermatology practice for 20 years. This industry knowledge gives Monique a clear understanding of the intricacies of practice management, patient care, patient relationship management, reputation management, and effective patient communications.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Southern California and is an active participant in various San Diego charities and organizations. Monique is a passionate USC fan and sports lover, something she shares with her two children. Oh… and she loves SHOES!
