e-Surveys Surveys are more important than ever before to ensure your practice is delivering services at the highest possible level. eSurveys have the benefit of significantly higher response rates and are quantifiable. You also decrease postage cost and are being environmentally-friendly!
CSM will set you up with questions (or re-work your existing ones) so the answers are scored. This provides you with valuable data to make process improvement. Besides giving you a score on how you’re doing, they also provide wonderful material to use in our social media posts. You may also want to include statistics and positive comments from your surveys to share inside your office or in other traditional media campaigns.

- Install Current Practice Survey(s) or creation of new survey(s) in Survey Monkey.
- Creation of new surveys for various stages of patient life cycle you may not have yet addressed.
- Monthly analysis of survey results and suggestions for improvement.
Don’t need us to send your surveys and perform ongoing analysis? No problem! We’ll get you set-up and teach you how to do it yourself!
Note: Client will be billed by Survey Monkey or other service of your choice for ongoing service. Client to provide CSM e-mail addresses for survey sending.
